If a client must cancel or reschedule and does so at least 24 hours prior to their appointment start time their deposit will be held and applied to their future appointment (ie: appointment 4/18 at 9am - cancel by 4/17 at 9 am). If a client must late cancel after the 24 hour notice, their deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be due at the time of rescheduling. All clients are permitted one late cancel to be waived due to medical, familial or personal emergencies.
